Sports Academy

The CRCNK Sports Academy program is designed to help youth players enhance three key aspects of their game through focused training sessions. The program targets the following pillars based on a structured weekly plan:

1. Neuroscience Skills:
This component focuses on improving players' cognitive abilities, including quicker decision-making, maintaining focus, memory retention, and anticipating opponents' actions. It also helps players respond effectively to coaches' instructions for smarter, more efficient gameplay.
2. Strength:
Strength training is aimed at reducing injury risk while improving overall performance. Players will develop their ability to excel in one-on-one duels, increase their vertical jumps, accelerate faster, maintain proper running mechanics, and generate more powerful shots.
3. Speed:
Speed development enhances players' efficiency on the field, allowing them to change direction quickly, accelerate and decelerate with ease, and outmanoeuvre opponents with greater agility.
